Prince William Calls Charlotte ‘Lovely’ After Royal Fan Says the Princess Is Her Favorite

Prince William had nothing but praise for the women in his life during his royal engagement on Tuesday. 

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visited the South Wales resort of Mumbles, where they met with rescue crew members and volunteers at the RNLI Mumbles Lifeboat Station and watched the crew undertake a launch. 

During their visit, the royal couple met members of the public at the popular seafront overlooking Swansea Bay before stopping for some ice cream at Joe’s Ice Cream Parlour, where they chatted with a group of local families about life in the area.

At one point, a woman called out to the royal dad, telling him that his 4-year-old daughter Princess Charlotte was her favorite (we can relate). The Duke of Cambridge replied, “Yes, she is lovely—just like my wife.” Awww. 

And during their outings, the royal couple put their affection on display. While the royal couple has been known to keep things professional, they appeared more relaxed with each other, showing some rare PDA throughout the day.

For the occasion, Middleton bundled up in a navy coat from Hobbs over a red Zara dress with a black belt. She paired the look with a red clutch by Mulberry and a red-and-pink heart-printed scarf (still available online). 

Looks like these love birds are really getting into the spirit of Valentine’s Day. And we love it.
