Kate Middleton Shares Sweet Snap of Prince George & Princess Charlotte Volunteering

It looks like Princess Charlotte isn’t the only member of her family taking after Kate Middleton’s love of philanthropy, based on this brand-new photo.

Over the weekend, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge shared a snap of their two eldest kids volunteering in honor of the U.K’s Volunteers Week. In the never-before-seen shot, Prince William holds an umbrella over Prince George and Princess Charlotte, while delivering meals to needy families during the coronavirus pandemic.

“The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are pleased to share a new photo taken by The Duchess as they played their own part in the national volunteering effort,” they captioned the photo on Instagram. “In April, The Duke and Duchess and their family visited the Sandringham Estate where they packed up and delivered food parcels to isolated pensioners in the local area.”

Last month, the royal family released a series of photos from the outing in honor of Princess Charlotte’s 5th birthday. The caption read, “The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to share four new photographs of Princess Charlotte ahead of her fifth birthday tomorrow.”

We always expected the Cambridge children to get involved with the community since they’ll eventually carry out royal duties (Prince George is third in line to the throne after all). But we’re happy to see them do so as a family.

We can’t wait until Louis is old enough to tag along.
