Prince William Looks Dashing in His Military Uniform for Candid New Video

It’s been a hot minute since we’ve seen Prince William in uniform. However, last night, we got a handsome surprise.

On Wednesday, the Duke of Cambridge shared a special video message to mark the 100th anniversary of the Royal Australian Air Force. In the clip, which was posted by the RAF account on Twitter, the 39-year-old royal looked dashing in his military uniform. “We’ve received a special message from London,” the caption read.

“The 100th anniversary of the Royal Australian Air Force gives us an opportunity to reflect on the service, courage and sacrifice made by generations of Air Force men and women in Australia and around the world,” William said in the clip. “Over the last 12 months, Australia has faced the challenges of terrible bushfires and a global pandemic. The Royal Australian Air Force has once again shown its ability to respond quickly to supporting Australians in need.”

Prince William even opened up about his time in the service stating, “During my own service I had the pleasure of meeting many serving Australians and have seen first-hand the special bond shared between our two services. More recently, Catherine and I have been welcomed at a number of Royal Australian Air Force bases and have enjoyed hearing stories from serving personnel.”

He concluded his message: “While your second century will be very different to the first, I am sure that future generations of servicemen and women will carry forward the proud legacy established by hard working and courageous Australians during the first 100 years of The Royal Australian Air Force.”

And he wasn’t the only member of his family who celebrated the occasion. In fact, Queen Elizabeth stepped out for a special service the same day—her first in-person engagement of 2021.

It’s good to see the royal gang back in action.
