Prince Harry Matched His Green Suit Lining to Meghan Markle’s Dress & We *Almost* Missed It

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s final week of royal engagements was a busy one, but we’ve noticed a common theme—each time the 35-year-old prince and 38-year-old duchess have made an appearance, they’ve worn color-coordinated outfits, including their final engagement as senior members of the royal family.

The Duchess of Sussex joined Prince Harry in London to celebrate Commonwealth Day on Monday at Westminster Abbey. (The visit was at the request of Queen Elizabeth, so it’s not to be taken lightly.)

For the occasion, Markle opted for a Kelly green Emilia Wickstead cape dress. She accessorized her Emilia Wickstead frock with nude patent-leather Aquazurra pumps ($650), a dark green sold-out Gabriella Hearst bag and a tipped fascinator with a netting that was fashioned into a bow on the side. Prince Harry paid a small homage to his wife’s Kelly green ensemble by choosing a blue suit with a lining in the exact shade of green.

And although it wasn’t immediately noticeable until a gust of wind blew against his suit jacket to reveal the lining underneath—it was still just as meaningful.

In addition to the Commonwealth Day service, Prince Harry and Markle attended the Endeavour Fund Awards, which honors wounded, injured and sick veterans who use sports as a form of therapy. The couple also made an appearance at the Mountbatten Festival of Music on Saturday, which doubles as a concert for military musicians and Royal Marines. For both events, Harry and Meghan coordinated their ensembles.

Now that’s what we call dedication to color coordination.
