Meghan Markle is just days into her week of final royal engagements, and she’s already been full of surprises. Not only did she completely switch up her beauty look at last night’s Endeavour Fund Awards and color-coordinate with her husband for the occasion, but she managed to fit in a secret visit to one of her patronages.

The 38-year-old Duchess of Sussex revealed via her @SussexRoyal Instagram today that she stopped by the National Theater’s Immersive Storytelling Studio in London to learn more about the virtual reality technology being used in conjunction with theater. In a slideshow she posted on the ’gram, the duchess (who was famously an actress prior to her royal days) got cozy with the IRL and hologram versions of artist Nubiya Brandon—and we couldn't help but notice her outfit.

Markle wore a white organza puff sleeve blouse from Top Shop, pairing it with an ivory Roland Mouret printed pencil skirt and a black top-handle mini handbag. She kept her jewelry minimal, wearing a thin gold bracelet, stud earrings and a gold pendant necklace, and wore her hair down in a side-part with waves.

In most cases, anything the duchess wears sells out instantly or is insanely expensive. But, this go-around her budget-friendly blouse is still available in limited sizes in black and light pink ($55). Since the Markle Effect is totally real, it won't be long before the blouse sells out entirely. So, we did some digging and found a couple of alternatives. The A.L.C. Kati Tee ($135) certainly packs a punch in the puff sleeve department, and the English Factory Mini Ruffle Puff Sleeve T-Shirt ($60) even has some ruffles. Neither of those options has buttons, so if you really loved that detail, check out the BP Swiss Dot Ruched Puff Sleeve top ($45).

OK, we’re officially lusting after puff sleeves. Thanks, Meghan.
