In today’s “Prince Harry is going to be the world’s greatest dad” news: The Duke of Sussex stepped out for a royal engagement at west London’s YMCA, and practiced his pliés and relevés with children during a ballet class.
Prince Harry Joins Children Taking a Ballet Class—and Shows Off His Dancing Skills
The soon-to-be father visited the Y to talk about young people and the mental health challenges they face today. During his visit, he got to sit in on a nursery ballet class of 4- to 6-year olds run by the Y…and even showed off his own dancing skills. (You’re one lucky lady, Megs!)
Royal correspondent Omid Scobie posted a picture of the duke speaking with a mother and her 3-month-old baby girl during the class.
"'He was so excited and happy about the baby. He was asking about her sleeping—I think he's worried about that—and if she sleeps at night time,'" Scobie wrote in the tweet.
Prince Harry also took part in a balancing contest with the ballet class, where he had to stand on one leg with a disc on his head.
“He has fantastic skills,” joked Jade Groves, a volunteer teacher and Royal Academy of Dance graduate, according to Harper's Bazaar.
Tell us something we don't know.
Yep, we can't wait to see him be a dad (and now we're going to go watch this video at least five more times...).
