Kensington Palace Just Announced Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's Next Trip, and Can We Come?!

The royal newlyweds must be counting their lucky shamrocks, because Kensington Palace just issued a statement saying they’re headed for the Emerald Isle next month.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will visit Dublin July 10 and 11 before they kick off their Royal Tour of Oceania this fall (around the same time as the Invictus Games in Sydney). This will mark Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s second trip to the Ireland isle, after they visited the country of Northern Ireland in March before their wedding on May 19.

“The Duke and Duchess are looking forward to learning more about Ireland’s history and experiencing its rich culture, as well as meeting the people who are shaping the country’s future,” the statement issued by the palace read. “This visit is at the request of Her Majesty’s Government.” Oooh, so official.

It’s a good thing, since we’re thinking Markle could use a pint of Guinness (or five) after all those duchess lessons
