It’s official: The Markle effect has made its way to Hollywood. Sure, whenever Meghan Markle wears something, many of us normal folk flock to purchase it ASAP. But it turns out, that’s also the case for Margot Robbie (and she’s just the most recent celeb to follow suit).
The 29-year-old Oscar winner appeared at Deadline’s ninth annual The Contenders red carpet in Los Angeles this past Saturday wearing the Sarah Flint Perfect pump in black (a favorite of the 38-year-old duchess).
Robbie wore a white high neck collared blouse worn underneath a patent-leather double-breasted pinstripe vest dress (try saying that ten times fast). She completed the look with the four-inch pointed-toe Sarah Flint Perfect pump ($355) and called it a night. Chic, no?
Markle most recently took the Perfect pump for a spin when she accompanied Queen Elizabeth on their first joint public outing together in June 2018. She also wore them on her first international trip as a royal during her and Prince Harry’s tour of Dublin.
Robbie isn’t the first to take note from the Duchess of Sussex and select a Sarah Flint pump for a night out. Serena Williams, Cindy Crawford, Amal Clooney, Blake Lively, Scarlett Johansson Lady Gaga and even Princess Eugenie, are also fans of the female-founded brand. Celebs specifically gravitate toward the Perfect pump thanks to its 6mm of extra padding, arch support and steel stiletto, which make the heels that much more comfortable.
