Kensington Palace Releases Never-Before-Seen Photo of Kate Middleton, Prince William & the Kids for U.K. Mother’s Day

Kensington Palace is celebrating Mother’s Day in the best way possible—by sharing a previously unseen photo of Kate Middleton and her family!

In honor of the U.K. holiday, which took place on March 22 this year, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge shared a personal slideshow on Sunday, which featured a handful of photos close to the couple’s hearts. The four photos included a throwback of Princess Diana with Prince William and Prince Harry, a shot of Middleton as a baby with her mother Carole and a piece of artwork given to Middleton by Prince George.

The one photo that really caught our attention, however, was a sweet snap of both Kate and Will giving piggyback rides to Princess Charlotte and Prince George. Unfortunately, the only one missing from the pic is the couple’s third child, Prince Louis.

“To mothers new and old and families spending today together and apart – we are thinking of you all at this difficult time. Happy Mother’s Day,” part of the Instagram caption read.

According to the caption, the photo was taken at the family’s country home in Norfolk. And by the looks of it, it seems to be from the same series as their Christmas card from 2018, which showed the gang looking quite outdoorsy posed up against a tree.

All we can say is, happy Mother’s Day, Kate—and keep the pictures coming.
