Kate Middleton Teases Big Parenting Announcement in Brand-New Instagram Video

It may seem like forever ago that we first heard about it, but looks like we’re finally going to find out the results of Kate Middleton’s survey on childhood, which she launched earlier this year.

ICYMI: In January, the Duchess of Cambridge put out the 5 Big Questions on the Under Fives,a survey that aims to spark conversation on early childhood, asking everyone to weigh in on raising the next generation. The survey was active for a month and experts from Ipsos Mori have used the data to formulate a report. The findings are expected to help guide Middleton in her public work in the area for many years ahead.

On Monday, the 38-year-old royal teased the results of the project (which included over 500,000 participants) in a personal video on Instagram. “Join us this week as we announce the results from the 5 Big Questions survey, reveal the #5BigInsights, and take your questions,” she captioned the post. “This is just the beginning...”

The survey questions included:

  • What do you believe is most important for children growing up in the UK today to live a happy adult life?
  • How much do you agree or disagree with this statement: The mental health and wellbeing of parents and carers has a great impact on the development of their child(ren)?
  • Which period of a child and a young person’s life do you think is the most important for health and happiness in adulthood?

We’re not surprised that the “U.K.’s biggest ever study on the early years” raked in so many responses—it received over 100,000 in the first week alone.

We’ve been waiting 10 months for this...
