Prince William and Kate Middleton Just Posed for a New Portrait with Another Royal Family

Kate Middleton and Prince William had the pleasure of meeting with the Prince and Princess of Norway at Windsor Castle on Thursday. To commemorate their meeting, the royals posed for a brand-new portrait together.

Earlier this morning, the Prince and Princess of Wales posted the stunning portrait taken with Crown Prince Haakon and Crown Princess Mette-Marit on their Instagram profile.

In the photo, Princess Catherine is smiling for the camera and rocking a vibrant turquoise pants suit while standing next to her husband Prince William, who is wearing a navy blue suit with a ruby red necktie. But in contrast, Princess Mette-Marit dons a bright red dress while Prince Haakon sports a much lighter blue suit and a blue-and-white polka dot tie.

The caption read, “Pleasure to welcome The Crown Prince and Princess of Norway to Windsor this morning, discussing green energy, the environment and much more [Norwegian flag] @detnorskekongehus.”

According to People magazine, Kensington Palace revealed the Prince and Princess of Norway visited the residence to discuss with the British royal couple their “shared concerns about the environment” and they all sat down with three leading companies from Norway to brainstorm ideas for possible environmental projects.

This is certainly an issue Prince William cares for deeply. With his previous creation of the Earthshot Prize, the royal aims to award individuals that are taking strides to save the planet and fund their initiatives.

Now that’s a lot of royal star-power in one pic.
