Kate Middleton Reveals Her Childhood Crush (& It Wasn't Prince William)

It looks like Prince William wasn't the only object of Kate Middleton's affection during her younger days.

In honor of the 10-year anniversary of their engagement interview, ITV News shared the royal couple's full exchange to their official YouTube page. And of course, one of the most memorable highlights involves Tom Bradby addressing a rumor about Middleton having Prince William's picture on her wall.

In the video, Bradby begins, "There's a story that goes around that you had a picture of him on your wall..." Then William interjects with a joke, saying, "It wasn't just one, there was like 10...20."

With a laugh, Middleton responds, "He wishes! No, I had the Levi's guy on my wall, not a picture of William. Sorry."

The duke, not missing a beat with his clever comebacks, replies, "It was me in Levi's, obviously."

The rumor began after Middleton's former school roommate, Jessica Hay, told biographer Katie Nicholl that the future duchess was completely smitten with William, even to the point of hanging up his photos and publicly declaring her love for the royal. The claims were also included in Nicholl's book, Kate: The Future Queen. But thankfully, Middleton was quick to set the record straight.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge tied the knot just five months after they gave the interview. And the ceremony, which took place at Westminster Abbey, was watched by over two billion viewers worldwide.

Great to know that Middleton has long since moved on from her favorite Levi's model!
