After seeing her sweaty selfies on IG—and who could forget that epic Super Bowl half-time performance—we've been hoping the 50-year-old triple threat would share some of her fitness secrets. Lucky for us, her fiancé, Alex Rodriguez, isn't camera shy and recently revealed how the whole Lopez-Rodriguez clan is staying fit while quarantining at home.

In the YouTube video shared on May 21, Rodriguez breaks down the 20-minute full-body workout before grabbing the weights and starting the clock. Though short on time, the CrossFit-esque sweat session combines cardio with strength training, pairing a 400-meter sprint with free weight exercises like kettlebell swings and bent over rows.

After being joined by two of their kids, Natasha and Ella, the power couple pushed through four rounds of continuous work, sharing laughs, tips and words of encouragement along the way. "Use your core," J.Lo explained while finishing up her last set of shoulder presses. (Did anyone else notice she stuck with 15-pound dumbbells the whole time? Woah). "This is where you tighten your stomach. Right here, watch." Oh, we're watching J.Lo. The foursome ended the tough workout with a full plank hold because the queen of abs knows the importance of a strong core.
