Jennifer Aniston & Brad Pitt’s Honeymoon Mansion Just Sold for $32.5 Million

Remember the Beverly Hills mansion that Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt bought in 2000…and then sold a few years later? Well, we finally know what it looks like inside.

The 11,173-square-foot house recently came back on the market—although it was previously listed at $56 million, it just sold for $32.5 million, according to toptenrealestatedeals.com. (We never thought $30+ million would be considered a bargain.)

The mansion sits upon one acre of land, which is located on a quiet cul-de-sac that can only be accessed through a gated entrance. The main home and guest house feature a total of five bedrooms and 13 bathrooms. That doesn’t even account for the amenities, including a gourmet kitchen, at-home gym, bar-screening room, tennis court and swimming pool terrace.

Pitt and Aniston originally bought the “honeymoon” home back in 2000 for $13.5 million. It was purchased shortly after they tied the knot, and it remained in their possession until they separated five years later.

The residence was first built in 1934 as one of the first movie star mansions for Oscar-winning actor Fredric March. In 2006, the house sold to hedge fund executive Jonathan Brooks for $26 million.

“Much of what exists inside and outside the house today was thanks to Jen and Brad,” the outlet reports. “Soon after they bought the home in 2001, the super-couple began a three-year renovation replacing the kitchen floor with heated marble, designing and installing a pub with floors sourced from a 200-year-old French château and adding a private screening room.”

If only those walls could talk…
