James Middleton Posts Sweet (and Rare) Tribute to Sister Kate on Instagram

James Middleton may be known for posting pics of his dogs on Instagram, but on Thursday, he used his social media to show support for his sister Kate.

The Duchess of Cambridge’s younger brother shared a slideshow to acknowledge his sister’s initiative on childhood development: 5 Big Questions on the Under Fives survey.

The first image in the slideshow includes himself as a young boy posing with his grandparents’ British bulldog named Gibson on a leash (in typical James fashion), while the second is an official promotional picture of Kate’s initiative. See the post below.

“This isn’t a post about dogs…brace yourselves….BUT it’s in huge support of my wonderful Sister’s ‘Early Years’ initiative to ask ‘5 big questions on the under fives’,” he captioned the post. “If you have 5 minutes & live in the UK join the biggest conversation on early childhood. Like me even if you don’t have children, your own experiences will help invest in the future of the next generation.”

The survey, which launched last month, racked up over 100,000 responses in its first week (!). It officially closes tomorrow and experts from Ipsos Mori will then use the data to formulate a report. The findings are expected to help guide Middleton in her public work in the area of child development for many years ahead.

Dog pics and sibling support? Yup, James Middleton is officially our favorite royal to follow.
