This Energy Drink Is Rosé Flavored…and Made for Tired Millennials

We’re at a loss for words with this one: rosé energy drinks.

Yes, they are a thing. No, they’re not actually wine at all. The Bang Frosé Rosé from sports nutrition brand VPX is a rosé-flavored creation, just in case you’ve ever thought, I’m in the mood for rosé but without the fun parts.

These are the things we can tell you for certain:

1. It’s nonalcoholic.

2. It comes in garishly pink-and-purple cans.

We haven’t tasted the drink, but according to junk food Instagrammer JunkBanter, “It tastes like a light grape flavor with some hints of mixed berries.” So, not rosé. And according to the brand itself, it contains “BANG’s potent brain and body-rocking fuel: creatine, caffeine and BCAAs (Branched Chain Amino Acids).” We couldn't find an ingredient list or nutrition content anywhere…so there’s that. We did find that one serving of Bang contains 300 milligrams of caffeine, which is equivalent to about two cups of coffee.

We’ll stick to that coffee, but…you do you.
