If you haven’t had the privilege of cooking or baking with Great Jones equipment yet, you’re seriously missing out. The line includes the famous Holy Sheet sheet pan, along with four other pieces: the Hot Dish casserole dish, Sweetie Pie pie dish, Breadwinner loaf pan and Patty Cake cake pan. All the pans are made of aluminized steel and available in metallic Blueberry or Broccoli colors. The aluminum is finished with a nonstick, nontoxic ceramic coating that resists scratches over time. The loaf and cake pans also have wavy, corrugated bottoms that will help you remove desserts without breaking them.
Meanwhile, the baking dishes are made out of ceramic, and they come in three colorways: Blueberry, Broccoli and Mustard. They show off the first-ever print used by Great Jones, an old-school graphic design that harkens back to the vintage Pyrex of yesteryear.
