When it comes to her daily skincare routine, Denise Bidot is a firm believer in less is more.

The 34-year-old model recently discussed her beauty journey during an interview with PureWow. Bidot revealed that she used to load up on products but soon realized it wasn’t doing her (or her skin) any favors.

“I would go to the store, and I would buy all these things,” she told PureWow. “I felt like the more that I added to my skin, the more magic it had on me. But then I was trying to balance all of these different things, and so I’ve learned that at my age, keeping it simple is really essential.”
