What Is Your Ayurvedic Dosha?

what is your ayurvedic dosha 400

Ayurvedic medicine—an ancient Indian system of holistic healing—is a centuries-old practice, but it’s making a major comeback in the food and wellness space. In Ayurveda, the body is composed of three distinct energies, or doshas: Kapha (space and air), Pitta (fire and water) and Vata (water and earth). Each person has one dominant dosha and can keep it balanced by following a specific diet and lifestyle, notes the Chopra Center. Which dosha are you, and what exactly does it mean for your day-to-day life? Find out below.
