How to Give Yourself a 2-Minute, Stress-Relieving Acupressure Massage

There’s nothing like a nice, long bubble bath to decompress and banish stress. Too bad you’re at work and won’t be heading home to those glorious bubbles for a few more hours. Try these acupressure massage tricks to get rid of stress right from your desk.

Pressure Point 1: Take two fingers and firmly apply pressure to the inside of your wrist. (You’ll know you’re in the right place when you can feel your pulse.) Press and hold for 30 seconds, then massage in a circular motion.

Pressure Point 2: Relax your hand so your fingers naturally fall into a "C" shape. Press down on the space between your thumb and forefinger for 30 seconds, then pulse and massage the area.

Ahh, that's better.
