It looks like Zooey Deschanel and Jonathan Scott finally made their way through Platform 9 3/4.
On Instagram, Deschanel posted snaps of herself and Scott during their visit to Hogwarts Castle at Universal Studios. And judging by her caption, they've already gone through the sorting process. The New Girl actress wrote, "Even Ravenclaws need to have fun sometimes… @unistudios." In response, Scott said, "And we always have THE best times."
In the first pic, the happy couple is posing near the massive castle (sans the Ravenclaw gear). And in the second, Deschanel is happily waving from what appears to be a bench. She's seen wearing a casual sundress with a light blue cardigan, while Scott is wearing a black tee and patterned shirt with blue denim.
In the comments, fellow Ravenclaws couldn't contain their excitement over sharing the same house with the famous couple. One fan wrote, "Yes! I’m a Ravenclaw, too! And as a teacher, I relate to Jess so much! It all makes sense." A second fan gushed, "I’m a Ravenclaw, too! No wonder I adore you!" Another chimed in, "Ravenclaws unite!"
The Harry Potter-themed post comes just a week after the couple offered a glimpse into their newly renovated home—courtesy of Scott. In the summer issue of Drew + Jonathan Reveal, Deschanel said, “This is a house that suits our tastes and needs, aesthetically and functionally. Jonathan is so amazing at figuring that out. He’s been doing it for his clients for so long, and now he’s done that for us and our family.”
Scott also noted that he included the best technology. He said, “It still looks like it could be a 100-year-old home, but it’s now LEED-certified and will end up using less grid energy than a small apartment. This isn’t just a smart house. It’s a genius one.”
Given their love of Harry Potter, we're willing to bet they snuck in some Hogwarts-inspired decor.
