OK, we’re gonna be honest: We work out and eat pretty well, but our thighs and butt look nothing like Halle Berry’s. What’s her secret? In a recent Instagram post, she revealed that she’s been following the ketogenic diet for years (putting the “O” in O.G. and confirming our suspicion that it’s a great way to stay lean). Here’s exactly what she eats in a day, according to her ’Gram.
1. Breakfast: Purium greens and beets. For the uninitiated, this is basically instant veggie juice. Just stir the powder into water, and you’re good to go.
2. Lunch: Green beans and bolognese sauce. Very smart lady, swapping out the pasta for veggies but keeping the delicious sauce.
3. Snack: Cheese tulips. At first, we weren’t exactly sure what these were, so we did the detective work and found the recipe here.
4. Dinner: Arctic char with olive salsa. Oh, and a low-carb side of mashed cauliflower, too.
