Simone Biles Rocks a Beautiful White Dress for Dreamy Bridal Shower

Simone Biles’s bridal shower is truly what dreams are made of.

On Instagram, the 26-year-old athlete shared a series of photos taken at her cloud-themed bridal shower held over the weekend. The slideshow features Biles posing in front of an assortment of balloons (creating a giant cloud) while raising a glass in celebration of her engagement. 

Meanwhile, the professional gymnast appears to be all smiles, rocking a stunning white dress with a matching pair of open-toed heels. More photos showed the festive decorations for the event, like wine glass cups featuring a small cotton cloud and a cloudlike cocktail bar.  

Biles wrote in the caption, “On Cloud 9 BRIDAL SHOWER ☁️💙🕊️ Feeling so loved & blessed.”

Although Biles and her fiancé, Jonathan Owens, have not revealed the date of their wedding, they’ve teased the upcoming event on social media. Back in June 2022, Biles confirmed on Instagram that they’d already chosen a date and venue for their special day. 

Alongside a romantic photo of the pair sharing a kiss by the ocean, the bride-to-be wrote in the caption, “One step closer to becoming Mrs. Owens. Venue [check], date [check].”

A few months prior, the Olympic gold medalist shared that she’s already chosen not one, but two wedding dresses from bridal designer Galia Lahav.

In a series of photos shared on the boutique’s official Instagram page, the caption read: “It’s official: She said “YES to the dress(es)!” We are over the moon & so honored about gold medalist & mega athlete @simonebiles becoming a GL Bride! (Not the chosen ones, but a sneak peek of Simone at her fitting.)”
