Ryan Reynolds & Blake Lively Just Subtly Revealed Their Third Child’s Gender (and It’s a Girl)

When it comes to their family, Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively play things pretty close to the chest. But it seems like they might have just revealed some big news about their third child—it’s a girl!

Allow us to explain.

Earlier this month, Us Weekly confirmed that the couple apparently welcomed their third child together this summer (officially making them the sneakiest celeb parents ever), but had little to no other information about said bundle of joy.

Since the news broke, Lively and Reynolds hadn't made any official public announcements—until yesterday that is. On Tuesday, the Deadpool actor seemingly confirmed the baby's gender through a tweet featuring a photo of himself, his wife and their youngest child

See the post below.

"I love B.C. I want my daughters to experience the same natural playground I grew up in," the 42-year-old wrote in part of the caption.

Did you notice he said daughters? Subtle, but it’s there. Seems like a way of identifying his family's newest addition.

The couple are already parents to two girls, 4-year-old James and 3-year-old Inez. They revealed they were expecting their third child back in May, when a very pregnant Lively stepped onto the Pokémon: Detective Pikachu red carpet to support her husband.

So now, it looks like all we need is a name (and a photo if we’re lucky).
