Reese Witherspoon’s Son Deacon Gives Surprise Tour of His College Apartment (and It’s Pretty Wild)

We’ve seen our fair share of luxurious celeb apartments (and they’re often worth a pretty penny). Earlier this month, Reese Witherspoon’s oldest son, Deacon Phillippe, gave a tour of his college apartment on TikTok—and after watching it two (or three) times, all we can say is…good for him.

Famous TikToker Caleb Simpson, known for his “Life in NYC” series, ran into the 20-year-old on the street. In the video, Simpson asks the college student how much he pays in rent, to which Phillippe responds, “West Village prices.”

(Though Phillippe didn’t reveal how much he pays the rent, House Beautiful estimates the NYU student pays between $12,000 and $16,000 per month. Excuse us while we process that information.)

Then, Simpson asks the Never Have I Ever alum if he could give his viewers a glimpse inside his Manhattan apartment and, luckily, he agrees.

Right when he walks through the door, Simpson looks around in awe. “This is sick,” he says. And he certainly isn’t lying. There is a spiral staircase in the middle of the living room that leads up to the second floor. The windows are large in size, allowing for plenty of natural light.

Beside the large windows, there is a wall that features a vinyl collection showcasing artists like Travis Scott, Kanye West, Kendrick Lamar and The Beatles. The NYC apartment is pretty spacious, though it’s important to remember four people are living there (during the tour, viewers are introduced to Phillippe’s three roommates).

Finally, Phillippe takes Simpson up to his bedroom, where he shows him music equipment. He even plays a beat on his electric keyboard. “That’s cool!” Simpson shares as he dances.

In case you didn’t know, Phillippe is quite the musician. Earlier this year, the NYU student released his debut album titled A NEW EARTH, which consists of ten songs and two collabs.
