Honey, Yaaasss! Netflix Renews ‘Queer Eye’ for Seasons 4 & 5

Listen up, Queer Eye fans: The Emmy Award–winning series is returning for not one, but two more seasons.

Netflix just announced that Queer Eye has been renewed for seasons four and five, both of which will star the Fab Five: Jonathan Van Ness, Bobby Berk, Tan France, Antoni Porowski and Karamo Brown.

According to the streaming service, season four will feature the makeover mavens as they return to Kansas City, Missouri (aka the BBQ capital of the world). The new episodes will premiere on July 19. #Bless

Season five will show the Fab Five traveling to Philadelphia. Although we don’t know when it will hit Netflix, the fifth season is scheduled to begin production starting June 24 and is expected to premiere sometime in 2020.

Queer Eye—which is based on the 2003 TV series, Queer Eye for the Straight Guy—originally premiered on Netflix in 2018. It follows Van Ness (grooming), Berk (design), France (fashion), Porowski (food and wine) and Brown (culture) as they take on a new subject each episode. Together, they transform and coach the individuals until they have Fab Five–level confidence.

So, who will the Queer Eye gurus take on next? Guess we’ll have to wait until season four of the popular reality series premieres on July 19. (In the meantime, the first three seasons are now available for your streaming pleasure on Netflix.)
