Today, the Duke of Sussex (38) was seen arriving at London’s High Court of the Royal Courts of Justice, where he testified against the Mirror Group Newspapers (MGN). (Prince Harry originally filed the claim in 2019, and it was aimed at outlets—like Daily Mirror, Daily Express and Sunday Mirror—for allegedly hacking his phone.)

As Reuters points out, Prince Harry’s court appearance will go down in history. He will become the first royal to take the stand in 130 years. The last prominent person to appear in court was King Edward VII, who served as a witness not once, but twice in the 1800s. (The first was for a divorce case, and the second was for slander over a card game. Seriously.)

Across town, Prince Harry’s sister-in-law, Kate Middleton, was distracted by her own royal engagement at the Windsor Family Hub. It was a close drive from Adelaide Cottage, where she and her husband, Prince William, live with their three children: Prince George (9), Princess Charlotte (8) and Prince Louis (5).

While there, Princess Catherine (41) learned more about the center, whose mission is right up her alley. The Windsor Family Hub is run by a nonprofit organization called Achieving for Children, and the goal is to provide support for foster families, parents, caretakers and children.

It’s a busy day for the royal fam.
