Nina Dobrev Says She ‘Won the Gold’ with Shaun White as She Shares Romantic Series of Pictures

Nina Dobrev and Shaun White are quickly becoming one of our biggest celebrity couple obsessions.

As White recently competed in what he declared are his final Olympic Games, Dobrev was quite the supportive girlfriend. Just a couple days back, we learned that while the Vampire Diaries actress wasn't allowed to watch White's events from the sidelines, she sent him off with a special going-away present—a homemade video of all his friends and family.

The Olympic athlete talked about Dobrev during an interview with the TODAY show, saying, “I wish she could have been here. She was trying her hardest to sneak in somehow. But, you know, she's been so supportive and so wonderful, really just in my corner every step of the way...She really has done some amazing things for me. And my sendoff to China was just so beautiful. She made this incredible video of all my friends and family. Really incredible.”

But the 33-year-old actress has been amping up the romance on Instagram as well, where she shared a series of photos with her boyfriend.

A couple days back, Dobrev shared a slideshow where she was seen with her arms wrapped around the professional snowboarder. This was followed by a solo shot of White, captured by photographer Cole Ferguson.

“Did I mention I already won the gold with you?” Dobrev wrote to her beau in the caption. “Show em’ how it’s done, you fu#%ing stud @shaunwhite.”

Now, although White's final run is done (and he finished the 2022 Winter Olympics without a medal), Dobrev showed her admiration for the athlete in a new post.
