Halloween is nearly upon us, so Netflix is serving up an October 2019 streaming slate that’s both spooky and sweet. In honor of Halloween, Scream and Scream 2, House of the Witch and Along Came a Spider are all hitting the ‘Flix come October. And for those looking for more, um, uplifting content, season one of Reese Witherspoon’s series Shine On is also debuting this upcoming month.
