Meghan Markle and Prince Harry Just Crashed a Team Meeting on Zoom—& We’re Super Jealous

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle just added another organization to the list of causes they’re continuing to support from across the pond.

Earlier this week, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex showed up unexpectedly (via Zoom) during a Crisis Help Line team meeting to thank them for their continued hard work during the coronavirus pandemic. The organization provides free mental health support for those in the community who need it.

According to Town & County, one of the team members originally shared a photo from the video call featuring the couple (who are currently social distancing at their new home in Los Angeles), however, that account has since been made private.

The organization actually holds a special meaning to the duke and duchess. Last May, the Sussexes, along with Prince William and Kate Middleton, launched an initiative called Shout on social media. The project is an extension of the Crisis Text Line that offers free and confidential mental health support via text.

"We are incredibly excited to be launching this service, knowing it has the potential to reach thousands of vulnerable people every day," the fab four said in a joint statement. "Over the last few months, Shout has started working quietly behind the scenes. We have all been able to see the service working up close and are so excited for its future.”

Yup, looks like even though they are no longer senior members of the royal fam, Meghan and Harry are still focused on supporting communities in the U.K.
