Meghan Markle Opens Up to Military Families About Archie’s Latest Milestone (Spoiler: He Has Teeth)

Meghan Markle just revealed her son Archie’s latest milestone—he has two teeth!

On Wednesday, the duke and duchess surprised a group of people (whose family members are currently deployed abroad) at their regular weekly meet-up. The visit marked one of the first of this week’s engagements for Remembrance Day, a holiday that honors members of the Armed Forces who have died in the line of duty. (It’s basically the U.S. equivalent of Veterans Day.)

During the event, which was located only miles away from the royal couple’s Frogmore Cottage home, Meghan and Harry met a group of young children. According to People, when speaking to one little girl, Meghan announced the big news, “Look at all your little teeth! Archie’s just got two teeth. Two tiny ones right there,” she said while pointing to her bottom lip.

The duchess even used the occasion to share parenting stories and tips with other parents.

“My daughter Aeris is the same age as Archie and we talked about weaning and the children beginning to crawl—she’s just a normal mum and it was like talking to a friend,” Amy Thompson, whose husband, Brad, is attached to the Welsh Guards, told Army&You.

The official @Sussexroyal Instagram account posted a slideshow of the duke and duchess spending time with the families.

“Thank you from The Duke and Duchess of Sussex to all the military families they met with yesterday,” they captioned part of the post.

Crawling and baby teeth?! Seems like baby Archie is almost ready headline his own royal engagements.
