He told us, "There's such a fine line sometimes between being good and evil, but what I probably share with Hiram is that he loves his family intensely, which I do. He's fiercely loyal and protective, as I am. He adores his daughter like I do."
Consuelos continued, "I think that's where it drops off for me, as far as any similarities to how I approach life and how I see life, which is why it's so fun to play. It's such a treat to play a character like Hiram because he has license to do almost anything, and no one's really going to be surprised that he did it."
Over the span of four seasons, Consuelos has been captivating us all with his portrayal of this complex character, but he isn't the only one in his family who has appeared on the show. If you recall, his son Michael portrayed the younger version of Hiram in flashbacks and his wife, Kelly Ripa, made an appearance as Hiram's mysterious mistress, Mrs. Mulwray. But according to Consuelos, we may spot even more family members on the series going forward.
While chatting about the possibility of his other kids making an appearance, he said, "You never know. I never say never, especially on Riverdale."
