Kelly Ripa Posts Sweet Birthday Message to Mark Consuelos: ‘I’ve Loved You for More Than Half of Your Life’

Kelly Ripa has spent the last few days teasing her hubby’s latest major milestone, and the big moment has finally arrived: Mark Consuelos’s 50th birthday. Of course, his wife kicked off the morning with a sweet tribute on social media.

On Tuesday, the Live with Kelly and Ryan co-host shared a two-minute-long photo montage on her personal IG account featuring shots of her husband’s early life, B.K.R. (before Kelly Ripa). The clip began with shots of her hubby as a baby and continued all the way through his graduation.

“Happy birthday to the light of our lives @instasuelos,” she captioned the post alongside a handful of heart and cake emojis. “I’ve loved you for more than half of your life, here are the years before we met. I was looking for you.”

And it wasn’t long before the comments section filled with well-wishes from fans, family and friends. Gary Janetti wrote, “How beautiful! Happy Birthday, Mark!” while a fan even pointed out the likeness to the couple’s son, Michael, adding, “Always knew Michael looked just like him. I love genetics!! Happy 50th!” We were thinking the same thing.
