Forget Royal Blue, Kate Middleton Is All About Royal Green in Stunning Alessandra Rich Dress

Kate Middleton and Prince William have officially started their latest royal tour of Ireland and they are totally on theme.

The Duchess of Cambridge stepped off the plane in Dublin dressed in head-to-toe green in honor of the Emerald Isle, including a floral dress by Alessandra Rich under a Catherine Walker coat. She topped off her look with matching accessories—a suede clutch from L.K.Bennett, Emmy London Rebecca pumps and a headband, of course. The duke was right alongside her also looking festive in a green tie.

Kensington Palace first announced the tour back in February in an Instagram post.

“The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will undertake an official visit to Ireland between Tuesday, 3rd March and Thursday, 5th March,” a post on the Kensington Palace Instagram page read. “The visit is at the request of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. Further details will be advised in due course. #RoyalVisitIreland.” Those royals love a good hashtag.

The packed three-day tour will include visits to the capital of Dublin, County Meath, County Kildare and Galway. Today, the royal couple stopped to see the President of Ireland, Michael D. Higgins, and will later be heading to the Garden of Remembrance, which is a memorial dedicated to those who gave their lives for Irish independence.

Prince William, 37, and his 38-year-old wife have visited Northern Ireland twice in recent years, but this marks their first trip to Ireland.

We can’t wait to see what else these two have in their closet for their upcoming stops.
