Kate Middleton and Prince William Just Visited a Place Very Near and Dear to Their Heart
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, or Earl and Countess of Strathearn, as they're known in Scotland, visited a place that has a very special meaning for to the royal couple.
On Tuesday, Kate Middleton and Prince William stepped out for their royal visit to Dundee, Scotland (with Middleton echoing a certain royal sister-in-law's style with her plaid Alexander McQueen coatdress and mini top-handle bag).
During the trip, which saw William and Kate opening the new Victoria & Albert museum in Dundee (and for which Middleton is a patron), the two were actually about 15 miles from where they first met, at St. Andrews University in Scotland in 2002.
Middleton wore McQueen (her wedding dress designer) on the outing just miles from where the now-parents-of-three first fell in love, and if that's not sartorial artistry we don't know what is.
Yep, today served as the perfect throwback to the duke and duchess's first-ever meet-cute...and we're just hoping they get to relish in the moment between all the handshaking and speeches.
