Kate Middleton just stepped out for day two of the royal tour of Pakistan, and her outfit might be her fanciest to date.
Today, the Duchess of Cambridge, 37, attended a special reception hosted by Thomas Drew—the British High Commissioner—at the Pakistan National Monument alongside her husband, Prince William. (And yes, they arrived at the event in a tuk tuk, which is a three-wheeled automobile.)
Middleton wore a glittering green dress by Jenny Packham and accessorized the look with large gold earrings and her blue sapphire engagement ring (duh). Prince William, on the other hand, opted for a traditional sherwani by Naushemian.
The duchess’s look might surprise some royal aficionados, since she’s known for her simplistic style. Still, we can’t deny that this Packham creation is the perfect combination of glitz and glamour.
This is Middleton’s third outfit of the day. Earlier today, the duchess visited a school in central Islamabad and wore a blue kurta by Maheen Khan, which included white embroidery along the neckline. She completed the look with matching trousers, nude flats and drop earrings.
After leaving the school, Middleton spent the rest of the day meeting with officials. She changed into a green button-down tunic by Catherine Walker and paired the ensemble with white trousers by Khan, along with a Satrangi scarf.
