It looks like Kate Hudson and her mom, Goldie Hawn, have been spending a lot of quality time together in Hudson's massive home gym.
On her Instagram story, the Something Borrowed actress shared a snap of herself and Hawn as they worked out together in matching black outfits. She tagged her mother and her activewear brand, Fabletics, also adding, "Gym visit!"
The famous mother-daughter duo are seen standing in Hudson's spacious gym, which features a full rack of dumbbells and what appears to be a water fountain. As Hudson takes the pic, Hawn is seen working very hard in the background as she lifts her weights.
This isn't the first time that Hudson has offered a glimpse at her home workout routines. In August, the 41-year-old mom shared a video of her morning yoga session, which was soon interrupted by her eager 1-year-old daughter, Rani Rose. In the video, the toddler is seen holding her mom's knees and climbing onto her back while Hudson tries to do different poses. She wrote, "Morning yoga with my little monkey #PartnerYoga #SundaySelfCareInMyUnderwear #kitundergarments.”
The actress shares Rani Rose with her boyfriend, Danny Fujikawa. She also shares Ryder Russell with her ex-husband, Chris Robinson, and Bingham Hawn with her former partner, Matt Bellamy.
Given her recent mother-daughter bonding session and her yoga time with Rani, we get the feeling that Hudson's workouts are never lacking in the fun department.
