But Kaley Cuoco isn't worried one bit because she's got a secret to staying calm despite all the flashing lights and screaming fans: It's pockets.
Yup, the star of The Big Bang Theory filled us in on the reason behind her cool, calm and collected demeanor in an interview with Ryan Seacrest, and it's one basically every woman can relate to.
"I am very relaxed. I have pockets. I couldn't be happier. Is there anything better than pockets?"
