We’re Officially Obsessed with This Video of Jennifer Lopez and Her Mom Singing ‘Sweet Caroline'

Jennifer Lopez recently participated in a duet unlike we’ve ever seen...and it might be our favorite one to date.

On Sunday, the “Let's Get Loud” singer performed at the taping of Vax Live: The Concert to Reunite the World. The star-studded event, which took place on Sunday and was hosted by Selena Gomez, was held in an effort to “inspire vaccine confidence” and help provide access to the COVID-19 vaccine. During the event (which will air on Saturday, May 8), the 51-year-old invited her mom, Guadalupe Rodríguez, on stage to sing a duet with her.

After introducing her mom to the crowd, the duo performed a rendition of "Sweet Caroline" by Neil Diamond.

“We've been away too long, but she's here with me tonight, and she is vaccinated,” Lopez began, according to People. “And when I was thinking about what song to sing tonight, I remembered the song she used to always sing to me when I was a baby. So if you would indulge me, I'd love to sing that one tonight.”

After a few minutes, Rodriguez joined her daughter on stage and revealed that she used to change the words to “Sweet Jennifer.” Lopez responded, “OK, we're going to sing that. Let's do it like a lullaby. Sing it to them just like you used to sing it to me, OK?”

What a sweet way to celebrate Mother’s Day.
