Jennifer Garner Losing Her Car in a Parking Garage Is All of Us

Sure, Jennifer Garner is a Golden Globe winning actress (and Ina Garten’s new bestie), but she’s still nothing if not relatable. Case in point? The 13 Going on 30 star just shared a video of herself looking for her car in a single-level parking garage…for 25 minutes. If we’re being honest, we’ve totally been there.

It starts with Garner inexplicably holding a Build-a-Bear and its corresponding certificate. She walks around a parking lot while repeatedly pressing the unlock button on her key to no avail.

As she continues aimlessly shuffling around the parking structure, she says, “We’ve been walking for ten minutes. It’s in Y,” referencing the letter category of the lot that she thinks her car is in.

She continues, saying, “You know what’s happening? We’re out of batteries. Coche?” Next, Garner tries to retrace her steps, remembering, “I stopped to tie my shoe” and joking, “I should be on CSI: Miami.” As much as we’d love her to make a CSI cameo, her investigation skills don’t seem to be as strong as they should be.

Ultimately, she asks the person who’s filming where their car is, and they hop in to drive around and continue to search for her vehicle.

Garner offers a time update on how long they’ve been searching, saying, “25 minutes of looking for a car in a one-level parking garage.” Then, a miracle—they finally find her car, not in “Y” where she thought it was, but in “F”…on the complete opposite side of the structure.

Her face lights up and she and her fellow car tracker laugh.

Garner captioned the funny video, “I would like to tell you this was an isolated incident, but....” adding a grimace, Pinocchio and grandma emoji for good measure.

Oh, Jennifer.
