We have news that’s so fetch: Tina Fey wants to push cheese fries on you.
In honor of Mean Girls Day (October 3) and the debut of Mean Girls on Broadway, the comedian is handing out free cheese fries from bright-pink food trucks around New York City. In case you don’t remember the reference: Aaron Samuels (Jonathan Bennett) turns to Cady Heron (Lindsay Lohan) in class and asks what day it is. She answers, “It’s October 3rd.” That moment will live in our hearts forever. (We love fake holidays.)
Ms. Fey will be at 43rd Street between Seventh and Eighth avenues from 1:30 to 3 p.m. and at Union Square West between 16th and 17th streets from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Put on your pink polo and run.
