If you’ve been keeping up with the sixth and final season of How to Get Away with Murder, then you know things are getting increasingly complicated for Tegan. With Nate (Billy Brown) hell-bent on taking her down and her friendship with Annalise (Viola Davis) progressing, it’s unclear whether she’s someone we can trust. Amirah Vann, who plays Tegan in the hit ABC series, knows this all too well. But, as she explained during an exclusive interview with PureWow, more will be revealed in tonight’s episode, “We’re All Gonna Die.”
The 41-year-old How to Get Away with Murder star explained, “We’re going to find out more about Tegan—where she came from and who she is in terms of her history, her backstory. We’re going to do a little bit of that tonight. So, you’ll find out a little more. I’m loving the reveal of whether or not Tegan is a good or bad character.”
She went on to say, “That’s one of the intriguing questions that I had even at the start of the season is whether or not Tegan can be trusted. I love that it’s a question. This has to do with decisions she’s made in her past.” Hmm, cryptic.
But we won’t just get a glimpse into what makes Tegan tick, we also get to meet one of the ghosts of her past—her soon-to-be ex-wife, Cora—and presumably learn why Tegan has yet to sign the divorce papers.
