‘GMA’ Meteorologist Ginger Zee’s Broadcast Was Interrupted by Her Son’s Request for a Doughnut

In the great tradition of newscasters filming from home and being interrupted by their children, Good Morning America meteorologist Ginger Zee was unexpectedly joined during her broadcast by her two-year-old son, Miles, and his request for a doughnut.

During the show, Zee's son could be heard asking for a doughnut upon his surprise entrance. As he was running toward her, Zee announced, "As you can see, I have a friend that walked in here."

Posting the cute video on Instagram, Zee wrote, "Every Friday Miles finds a way to make it on tv (usually during my promo with @reggieaqui and @itskumasi ) and request a donut. He has had two donuts total in his life but he reads a book that has donuts in it every day. So he is ALWAYS thinking about them." (Relatable, no?)

Just last week, NBC News anchor Stephanie Ruhle delivered a live broadcast from her home with her 11-year-old son, Reese, laying on her lap. Ruhle was rightfully praised for the moment on the internet, with commenters lauding her multitasking superpowers. Ruhle's colleague Hoda Kotb even posted the moment on her Instagram with the hashtag "#mamasgetitdone."

Suddenly we're craving a doughnut...
