We’re still dizzy after learning that Gigi Hadid is reportedly pregnant with Zayn Malik’s baby, but after revisiting old photos, it’s starting to feel like the evidence was right in front of us all along.

In fact, we think that Hadid’s recent 25th birthday party doubled as a gender reveal based on photos from the get-together. It all started when the model shared a slideshow on her personal Instagram account, featuring never-before-seen pictures from her apparent birthday gathering at her family’s home in Pennsylvania.

From afar, it looks like an ordinary self-isolation party. But if you look closely, you’ll notice that Hadid and her sister, Bella, are holding a major clue. The “2” balloon has a blue string, while the “5” balloon has a pink string. Another photo shows Malik hugging Hadid, who is noticeably holding the blue one.

It’s a stretch, sure, but given all of the reports that Hadid is pregnant, we can’t help but wonder if they announced the gender that same day. And we’re not the only ones who think so.

A Twitter user shared our suspicions and wrote, “Bro WE’RE SO DUMB. The blue and pink strings—It was a gender reveal party as well?? Also, I think that it’s a boy since Gigi is holding the balloon with blue strings.” One fan even pointed out that the bag Bella used for her sister’s gift looked suspiciously like a baby shower-themed one sold at Target, writing, “Bella posted that story on Gigi’s birthday and she literally covered it because it says hello little one. OMG ALL THE PIECES ARE COMING TOGETHER.”

So, are they expecting a boy? Or is the blue string a coincidence, since Bella is holding the pink string in the previous pic? We’re not entirely sure, but we don’t see why they’d go out of their way to use two sets of string during self-isolation. That is, unless the colors have a hidden meaning that’s completely unrelated to Hadid turning 25. *Cues conspiracy theory music*

Fool us once? Fine. Fool us twice? Not a chance.
