Leave it to Kaavia James to take a regular old family Easter photoshoot and turn it into one of the greatest series of holiday snaps we’ve seen in a while.
On Monday, Gabrielle Union shared a slideshow of pics of her family celebrating Easter. The series of images featured the 48-year-old actress, her hubby, Dwyane Wade, and their 2-year-old daughter, Kaavia, standing in the yard in front of a flower arrangement that read, “Family.” Union captioned the post, “Happy Easter.”
Not surprisingly, Kaavia, in her adorable rainbow tutu, managed to outshine her parents during the shoot. While it took us a minute to find her, once we noticed her dramatic pose—laying on the ground looking like she wanted absolutely nothing to do with the photographs—we almost fell off of our chair. And did you see her orange crocs?!
We weren’t the only ones who noticed. Fans and followers quickly pointed out Kaavia’s totally relatable mood in the comments section of the IG post. One user wrote, “Wait baby girl is over it,” while another added, “She is a trip... just love her little personality.”
This is the second time the toddler has been the center of attention in a family photoshoot in the last few weeks. Last month, in honor of International Women’s Day, the Bring It On star shared a rare photograph featuring herself, her mother, her sister and her daughter in an Instagram post. “3 Generations of Badass Women,” she captioned the post. In the image, the 2-year-old rocked a pair of pink, glittery, Ugg-like boots. And we have to give her credit because they perfectly match the bow.
We see quite the modeling career in Kaavia’s future.
