Gabrielle Union is serving in a chic, Prada-forward look on the ‘gram.
Last week, the 49-year old actress posted a picture of herself rocking a black Prada power suit and a sky blue bra. For a glam look, she wore a natural beat with a smokey eye and a glossed lip. The Bring It On alum tied it all together with a slicked-back bun.
She wrote in the caption, “Face Card Accepted At All Participating Locations [cool emoji].” Union tagged Prada and her personal content creator Ayanna McKnight (who also took the snapshot).
Fans couldn’t stop talking about her stylish outfit in the comments section. “Nailed it [heart-eyed emoji,” one fan wrote. Another fan chimed in and said, “So beautiful.”
Per The Zoe Report, Union attended a Prada event in Los Angeles earlier that day, where wore sparkly heels and carried a handbag that resembled a briefcase.
While at the event, Union was shown rocking her natural hair (in all its glory). The LA’s Finest actress has been open about her hair journey. And recently, she spoke about the hardest parts of embracing her natural coils.
In an exclusive interview with People, Union said, “To constantly be questioning yourself and not feeling worthy or good enough, I knew I needed to free myself of that and the first step was letting my relaxer go. It felt like one of the hardest breakups ever. I’ve been married twice, and I feel my breakup with relaxers was harder than my divorce.”
In July 2021, Union debuted her big chop on Instagram. In the slideshow, she showcased her natural, curly locs. “So, I did a thing,” she wrote in the caption. “The movies always show women cutting their hair when all is lost but I wanted to know the feeling of making a change when things are gravy. It hits different and it's foreign to me but I [heart emojis] this new new.”
