Jeff Franklin, who is the show’s creator and homeowner, recently listed the San Francisco property for just under $6 million, according to Homes.com. While the newly-renovated residence is widely recognized for its exterior, it’s important to point out that the interior is completely different from what we see on the show, since it was shot on a set—not in the actual house.
