Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and Kevin Hart Do the TikTok Tortilla Challenge in New Viral Video

Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and Kevin Hart have not only been longtime coworkers, starring together in blockbuster hits like Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle and buddy films like Central Intelligence, but they've also become good friends. And as good pals do, the pair decided to try out a new viral TikTok challenge: the tortilla challenge. And if you haven't heard of it, the idea is essentially that you slap someone on the cheek with a tortilla and try to get them to spit out a liquid they're holding in their mouth.

In promotion of their new animated movie, DC League of Super-Pets, Johnson and Hart tested out the tortilla challenge for themselves. The Rock shared a clip of their attempt on Instagram, where he wrote, “You can tell @KevinHart4Real has been waiting for the day he can finally slap the sh*t out of me with no consequences...This was fun.” He also added laughing emojis and emojis of moving hands.

At the start of the video, Hart says, “This will be the funniest thing,” as we see him pick up a large, green tortilla. “We've seen the kids playing this game where they slap each other with these things.”

The video includes a compilation of TikTok users trying out the tortilla challenge (like the one seen below).

As we see in the beginning of the clip, Hart and Johnson jokingly argue about the mechanics of how they will complete the challenge. “That's too much! You can't hold it like that,” Hart says when he sees The Rock holding the tortilla folded up in his fist. He adds, “Dont f**king knock me out!” To which Johnson then responds, “But don't use your hand!”

The trend also involves the two players doing Rock, Paper, Scissors to see who gets to slap the other one with a tortilla. And during the first couple rounds, Hart wins, allowing him to give The Rock a hearty tortilla slap. But eventually, Johnson gets his payback.

Fans cracked up at the video, like one user who said, “Best comedy of the week.” Another wrote, “I love these two together I couldn’t stop laughing.”

We can also never get enough of these two.
