There’s Now a Luxury ‘Downton Abbey’ Movie Tour So You Can Vacation Like the British Aristocracy

Pack your petticoats and monocles and get ready for the adventure of a lifetime.

Luxury travel service Zicasso just launched a brand-new Downton Abbey-themed vacation so you, too, can travel like a Countess.

Perfectly timed with the Downton Abbey movie premiere on September 20, Zicasso's 10-day private movie tour takes guests into the world of the Edwardian-era aristocracy. Tour-goers will be able to visit Highclere Castle, the real-life Downton Abbey where the movie and Masterpiece TV series were filmed, as well as stops in London, Windsor and tiny villages in the English countryside, including Yorkshire, the setting of Downton. At Highclere Castle, you'll enjoy a high tea picnic and be waited on hand and foot (Mr. Carson, is that you?!).

In London, you'll do tea at the Ritz, take a cooking class focused on Mrs. Patmore's recipes and dance the night away at a jazz club that Lady Mary and Henry Talbot would surely approve of. Next stop: Windsor, where travelers will take part in a private skeet shooting lesson a là the Earl of Grantham, then ride in a hot-air balloon over the Cotswolds (aka the British Hamptons where real-life royalty, including Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, have country homes).

But the trip will cost you a pretty British pound: It runs about $4,000/person, which includes 9 nights' stay, 7 tours, 5 private transfers, 12 included meals and other private guided tours and admissions.

Someone ring for Anna Bates! The only thing we need help deciding are what outfits to pack for the trip of a lifetime.
