'Schitt's Creek' Star Dan Levy Was Upstaged by His Parents' Surprise Duet at His Sister's Wedding

Schitt’s Creek fans were elated to find out that Sarah Levy tied the knot with her now-husband, Graham Outerbridge, earlier this month. And now, her brother, Dan, is spilling more details about the nuptials.

The 38-year-old actor recently paid a visit to Jimmy Kimmel Live, where he was asked about his responsibilities as brother of the bride (at approximately 6:15 below).

“I was the DJ. There's nothing quite as thrilling as dancing with your aunts to Olivia Rodrigo—it's a special experience. And I had to give a speech, which I thought hopefully would come quite easily, and thank God, it did. My speech was in the middle of the night,” he said. “My sister and brother-in-law did their speeches at the beginning of the night and absolutely crushed, like could not have done better. So, then I thought, ‘Should I have just led? Because I don’t know if this will be any good.’ So, I gave my speech and it went fine.”

Although it went fine, Dan’s parents, Eugene Levy and Deborah Divine, managed to upstage him. He continued, “Then my parents came on after me and sang a duet, a surprise duet for my sister and then so my speech was just absolute sh**. It was the sweetest. It was an Emmylou Harris duet called ‘Love and Happiness.’ It was a complete surprise, and it just bought the house down. My mom, who doesn’t like the spotlight, absolutely nailed it.”

Olivia Rodrigo dance parties and surprise duets? We wouldn’t expect anything less from this fam.
